LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF SMT.VATSALA BALWANTRAI AMALEAN
I, Chhatrapati Balajee Sabale, Indian Inhabitant, son of Blajee Sabale, aged years, resident At, Anakwadi TQ. Tiwasa DistAmaravati, MAharastra Pin 444903, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish, and declare the following to be my Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore.
1. I hereby appoint Mr. Pravin Sukhadev residing At post Shendurjana Bazar Tyaluka tiwasa Dist Amaravati, as the Executor respectively, of this, my Last Will and Testament.
2. My personal family consists of my daughter Smt. Shobhatai Sahebrao Mahore My son-in-law Mr. Sahebarao Mahore, two grand sons Rajabhau Sahebarao Mahore and Narendra Sahebarao Mahore , two married grand daughters
3. I am possessed of and entitled to certain movable and immovable properties. This Will will apply to all my property of whatsoever nature and wherever situate and whether standing in my name alone and jointly with anybody, if any name is first mentioned.
4. I direct my Executor and bequeath all my properties, movable and immovable, belonging to me or which may belong to me and remain undisposed of during my life-time, to my daughter Smt. Shobhatai Sahebrao Mahore to be his abosolutely and forever.
6) In case my daughter Smt. Shobhatai Sahebrao Mahore does not survive me, all my properties, movable and immovable, belonging to me or which may belong to me and remain undisposed of during my life-time, I give, devise and bequeath to my grand son Narendra Sahebarao Mahore to be his absolutely and forever.
7) I am making this will out of my free will.
